¶1On Motion for Rehearing.
¶2Upon very careful reconsideration of the case in response to appellants’ motion for rehearing, we have reached the conclusion that the evidence upon the issue of undue influence was such as to raise an issue of fact that should have been submitted to the jury, under proper instructions. Accordingly, appellants’ motion for rehearing must be granted, the order of affirmance set aside, and the judgment reversed, and the cause remanded for another trial.
