Clark v. Schrecker

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided May 22, 2006

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2006-05-22

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion · Decided 2006-05-22

PER CURIAM:

¶1 Orlando Rapheal Clark appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Clark v. Schrecker, No. CA-02-737-BO (E.D.N.C. July 12 & Dec. 8, 2005). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
