KRUEGER, Judge.

¶1The conviction is for the offense of murder. The punishment assessed is confinement in the state penitentiary for a period of five years.

¶2The record is before us without a statement of facts or bills of exception. The indictment and all matters of procedure appear to be in regular form.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
