¶1131 (concurring) — I concur. Joseph Njonge had the burden of establishing the error he complained of occurred. He has not met this burden. While I join the majority in recognizing we have already held public trial error can be raised for the first time on review, I concur with Justice Wiggins that our constitution does not make all violations of our open public trial jurisprudence per se reversible error.
