¶2I agree with Justice Martone. Given the details of this brutal attack, the majority’s attempts to divorce the sexual assaults from the serious physical injuries suffered by this victim require an uncomfortable stretch that I am unwilling to make. In all other respects, I concur in the court’s opinion.
