CORN, J.

¶1 (dissenting). The act of the Legislature fixing a minimum price, or authorizing the same through officers or boards to be charged by barbers, on the theory that it is necessary in order to conduct said business in a clean, healthful, and sanitary manner, in my judgment is unconstitutional.

¶2 I therefore dissent.
