¶1The appellant brings for review the denial of his motion for relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule I, F.S.A. ch. 924-Appendix. We have examined the petition and the brief filed in support of the appeal. The allegations of the motion, if proved, would not constitute grounds for relief under the rule. The trial judge correctly denied the motion.
