¶2hi agree with the court’s decision to reverse the trial court’s granting of a new trial in this five-count vehicular homicide case. However, I write separately to note that the lower court is also specifically tasked with determining whether defense counsel’s proposed jury instructions on causation and related concepts were warranted in this criminal homicide case.
