DAVIDSON, Judge.

¶1Upon his plea of guilty to the offense of assault with a motor vehicle, appellant was assessed a fine of $100.

¶2The record is before us without statement of facts or bills of exception.

¶3Nothing is presented for review.

¶4The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
