¶1 (dissenting) — I dissent. Appellant reported by telephone to the sheriff’s office his purchase of the motor. Nothing was concealed. The sheriff investigated and he was assisted by appellant in his inspection of the motor. I am of the view that the judgment should be reversed and the cause dismissed.
