¶1The order of the court below is affirmed. The affidavit of the Justice of the Peace conclusively shows that defendant was properly advised pursuant to section 335-a of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in regard to the effect of a plea of guilty.
¶2Defendant’s contention that the said court was without jurisdiction is without foundation. (Code Crim. Pro., § 151-a.)
