¶1These causes were consolidated for hearing. After hearing argument of the parties and consideration of the briefs and records we have determined that in entering the orders complained against the Respondent-Commission did not depart from the essential requirements of the law.
¶2The petitions for writs of certiorari are therefore denied.
¶3It is so ordered.
