¶1 (concurring).

¶2 I concur on the ground, first, that plaintiffs failed to bring their action within the three-year limitation period fixed by the statute; second, on the ground that, if entitled to any relief, their remedy was by application to the probate court to have its final decree reopened, within one year after notice or knowledge thereof.
