¶1This is an appeal by the defendants, Edward H. Hurt and Joan L. Hurt, his wife, from order of the trial court denying motion to dismiss an action in chancery brought against them and others by the plaintiffs, Paul Lenchuk et al.
¶2■ The court has carefully considered the appeal papers, the briefs and oral argument of counsel for the parties. From such consideration we find no reversible error.
¶3Affirmed.
