¶1 Order
¶2William Bratton appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion in which he sought to vacate his conviction for first-degree robbery. Bratton’s motion charged his trial attorney with ineffective assistance for not requesting an instruction for second-degree robbery as a lesser included offense and for agreeing not to object to a hearsay statement identifying him as the perpetrator. We affirm pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
