Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion · Decided 2006-08-02

PER CURIAM:

¶1 Mansa Musa Banshee appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Banshee v. Ozmint, No. 6:04-cv-23099-TLW, 2006 WL 570082 (D.S.C. Mar. 7, 2006). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶2 AFFIRMED.
