““There are cases where such terms as ‘about’ and ‘more or less,’ when used in contracts to qualify the stated quantity or number, are given the meaning of an approximation with the stated quantity or number as a fixed basis for such approximation, and there are other cases where such terms are treated as a mere estimate of an unknown and indefinite quantity or number which the parties have agreed shall be the subject matter of the contract.
