¶2My views on the general issues involved here are set out in my dissent in State v. Country, ante p. 570, 234 N. W. 2d 593.
¶3The sentence here is 15 to 45 years under the old law. The maximum sentence under the new law would be 8% to 25 years for the same identical acts. The result speaks for itself.
