¶3 I am of the opinion that this writ of injunction should not have been issued for the reason that this whole controversy was for the determination of the chancery court of Claiborne County, and, as this is an appeal from an interlocutory decree, this court should now definitely decide that question for the guidance of the court below on the return of this case thereto.
