¶1ORDER
¶2Julieta O. Mandonahan submits an informal brief. The court considers whether to vacate the court’s October 4, 2006 order dismissing Mandonahan’s appeal for failure to file a brief.
¶3Upon consideration thereof,
¶4IT IS ORDERED THAT:
¶5(1) The court’s October 4, 2006 dismissal order is vacated, the mandate is recalled, and the appeal is reinstated.
¶6(2) The Secretary of Veterans Affairs should calculate the due date for his brief from the date of filing of this order.
