¶1Ordered that the motion to dismiss filed by appellee, Martin M. Kellenberger, as Sheriff of Palm Beach County, Florida, is hereby granted and this appeal is hereby dismissed as to the said appellee only.
¶2Ordered that appellant’s petition to rehear the order of February 16, 1966 and reinstate the appeal as to the appellee Martin M. Kellenberger, as Sheriff of Palm Beach County, Florida, is hereby denied.
