BEAUCHAMP, Judge.

¶1Appellant was convicted for the offense of assault to murder without malice, and *1020assessed a penalty of three years in the penitentiary.

¶2The proceedings appear to be regular. Nothing is presented for our consideration for the record, as brought forward, contains neither a statement of facts nor bills of exception.

¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
