¶1Claim is for damage to claimant’s car, caused by respondent’s truck being out of control by reason of ice on road, December 5, 1942, and striking car on road at Lashmeet, Mercer county. The amount of claim is $7.14, cost of repair.
¶2Respondent recommends and attorney general approves its payment.
¶3An award of seven dollars and fourteen cents ($7.14) is made to claimant.
