¶1Claimant’s car was damaged when he backed car into streetcar rails negligently left by employees of respondent in claimant’s private driveway at Glendale, Marshall county, on December 19, 1942.
¶2The amount of claim is $2.54, payment of which is recommended by respondent, and approved by the attorney general.
¶3An award of two dollars and fifty-four cents ($2.54) is made to claimant.
