¶1On April 14, 1943, in Fairmont, West Virginia, the driver of state road commission truck No. 430-32 by negligence in driving collided with claimant’s Buick sedan, causing damage to same which cost $18.36 to repair.
¶2Respondent recommends and the attorney general approves payment of the above amount for which claim is made.
¶3An award is made to claimant for the sum of eighteen dollars and thirty-six cents ($18.36).
