¶1On December 28th, 1943, on route no. 10, a road under respondent’s jurisdiction, west of Rockview in Wyoming county, *308West Virginia, respondent’s truck, through its driver’s negligence, struck claimant’s car and caused damage amounting to $50.00.
¶2Respondent recommends and the attorney general approves its payment.
¶3An award for fifty dollars ($50.00) is made to claimant.
