¶1MEMORANDUM
¶2I see no invention in using a flexible sheet coated with an abrasive (which is not new in the art) for the purpose of removing hair from the body.
¶3I agree with the conclusions reached by the tribunals of the Patent Office.
¶4The bill will be dismissed with costs.
