Illinois Circuit Court

Decided January 15, 1878

Illinois Circuit Court · decided 1878-01-15

Rehearing. Correction of expressions in opinion.

Relies on Emmons v. Moore

Decided 1878-01-15

Craig, J,:—

¶1There is a petition for a rehearing, which has been examined, but the court do not see sufficient ground to disturb the judgment that was entered when the cause was considered. The petition will be denied. We will, however, take occasion to correct some expressions in the opinion, not, indeed, to change the judgment in any respect.
