¶1gave judgment of condemnation for the plaintiff, for the one third of the debt due from the defendants to Eyre, Atkinson and Walton, and costs.

¶2The defendant appealed to the Court of Appeals; which Court, at June term, 1792, affirmed the judgment of the General Court.
