Per Curiam:

¶1—The statute contemplates the attachment of shares of stock, and it is complied with when a certificate is obtained from the proper officer of the corporation. The garnishee has answered when it gives the certificate, provided for by the law, and this, we understand, is all the plaintiff wants.

¶2*281Mr. Whiteman:—We ask leave to withdraw the plea of nulla bona.

¶3Lore, C. J.:—You have leave to withdraw it.
