Jacob v. E. V. Cranfall Co.

City of New York Municipal Court

Decided April 15, 1897

City of New York Municipal Court · decided 1897-04-15

. Appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff, entered upon a verdict.

Decided 1897-04-15

Per Curiam.

¶1The sole question in dispute herein is: Did the-plaintiff perform the duties required from him by virtue- of his contract with the defendant? That question of fact, in our opinion, was properly submitted, to the jury and the evidence fully justifies their finding in plaintiff’s favor and the judgment is, therefore, affirmed, with costs. :

¶2Present: Yaw Wyck, Ch. J,., McCarthy and Eitzsimows, JJ.

¶3Judgment affirmed, with costs.
