SYLLABUS BY THE COURT AUTOMOBILES — <italic>Injury to Pedestrian — Insufficiency of</italic> <italic>Evidence — Action Dismissed.</italic> In a damage action for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff, a pedestrian, allegedly caused when struck by the defendant's automobile, the trial court found the plaintiff's evidence insufficient to go to a jury and dismissed the action. On appellate review it is <italic>held:</italic> No error.
