¶2{1 I Concur in Result as to the Court's reversal and remand of the second stage verdict of death. Failure to grant the requested continuance until Monday when the jury was offered the choice of waiting until Monday to begin deliberations was improper. Appellant's persuasive argument on appeal on this issue convinces me that if a continuance had been granted, the result might have been different. However, I cannot join in the Court's analysis or decision to reverse the first stage verdict of guilt.
