LILE, Judge:

¶1concurs in results.

¶211 Judge Gray's Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law After Evidentiary Hearing was comprehensive and compelling. I concur in her conclusion that trial counsel representation was inadequate. This was not a fair trial,. I agree that this case must be reversed and remanded for new trial for this reason alone.

¶312 I have full confidence that the retrial will be conducted according to law.
