¶2¶23 I agree with the reasoning set forth in Justice Nelson’s dissent. However, I would remand for resentencing rather than just vacating the interest requirement. The sentencing court should have the opportunity to review the various components of the sentence in context so that it can determine whether the final sentence, as a whole, is what the court intended.
