¶2¶ 1 While I fully agree with the majority and join in the Opinion, I write separately only to note that while I agree that there were no constitutional violations under the circumstances of the instant case, I do not wish to express any opinion as to the constitutionality or lack thereof of other sections of the new DUI law or the departmental regulations under that law.
