¶2¶ 1 I concur in the result. I agree completely with the thoughtful analysis set forth by my learned colleague with respect to the issue of standing. However, as I do not believe it is necessary to proceed with an analysis of the sufficiency of the evidence, I cannot join in that part of the majority’s opinion. I therefore concur in the result.
