¶1ON REMAND FROM THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT

PER CURIAM.

¶2Pursuant to Atwell v. State, 197 So.3d 1040 (Fla.2016), we reverse the order denying appellant’s postconviction motion in this case and remand for resentencing consistent with the supreme court’s decision.

¶3Reversed and remanded.
