“[w]e review traditional equity cases de novo. The test on review is a clearly erroneous standard (ie., whether we can say that the trial court’s findings are clearly erroneous). Berry v. Walker, 2012 Ark. App. 16 , 2012 WL 11263 . A finding is clearly erroneous when, although there is evidence to support it, the reviewing court on the entire evidence is left with a definite and firm conviction that a mistake was made. Id. In reviewing a trial court’s findings of fact, we give due deference to the trial judge’s superior position to determine the credibility of witnesses and the weight to be accorded to their testimony.
