¶38Per Curiam.

¶39[¶1] D.A. appeals from a district court order denying his petition for discharge from civil commitment as a sexually dangerous individual under N.D.C.C. ch. 25-03.3.  D.A. argues the State did not present sufficient evidence to support the court’s order for continued civil commitment.  We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
