¶2I concur in the result reached by the Majority. However, I am troubled by the admission into evidence of the victim’s letter, which clearly is inadmissible hearsay.

¶4I concur with the result reached by the Majority based upon the meticulous opinion authored by my colleague, Judge Mun-dy. In her decision, she adeptly sets forth the quantum of evidence which is necessary to overcome the prejudice from the *1120victim’s letter, which is clearly hearsay, and make its admission harmless error.
