Cunningham v. Mills

¶1Judgment and order reversed on the facts, and new trial granted, costs to abide the event. We think the finding of the jury that plaintiff was injured through the falling of the underflooring upon which he was standing is against the weight of the evidence. Blackmar, P. J., Rich, Kelly, Jayeox and Young, JJ., concur.
