¶3DECISION & ORDER

¶4Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (William J. Condon, J.), rendered February 13, 2019, convicting her of criminal sale of a firearm in the first degree, upon her plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

¶5ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed.

¶6Contrary to the defendant's contention, the sentence imposed was not excessive (see People v Suitte , 90 AD2d 80).
