¶1On tbe facts found by tbe clerk of tbe Superior Court of Mecklenburg County, and, on plaintiff’s appeal, approved by tbe judge, tbe defendants were entitled as a matter of right to tbe removal of tbe action to tbe Superior Court of Cleveland County, for trial.
