This is an original action for a writ of error coram nobis filed in this court after a petition for rehearing had been denied, and under the authority of the case of Stephenson v.State (1933), ante 141, 186 N.E. 293, decided at this term of court and on the authority of that case this court has no jurisdiction and the same is therefore dismissed.
