Sears v. Conrad

Supreme Court of Florida

Decided December 13, 1967

Supreme Court of Florida · decided 1967-12-13

Decided 1967-12-13

PER CURIAM.

¶1By petition for a writ of certiorari we have for review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission bearing date July 21, 1967.

¶2We find that oral argument would serve no useful purpose and it is therefore dispensed with pursuant to Florida Appellate Rule 3.10, subd. e, 32 F.S.A.

¶3Our consideration of the petition, the record and briefs leads us to conclude that there has been no deviation from the essential requirements of law.

¶4The petition is therefore denied.

¶5The respondent’s attorney is awarded a fee of $250.00.

¶6It is so ordered.
