BEAUCHAMP, Judge.

¶1Appellant was convicted for the offense of unlawfully passing a forged instrument and assessed a penalty of five years in the penitentiary.

¶2The record, as brought forward, contains neither bills of exception nor a statement of facts. The proceedings appear regular and nothing is presented for our consideration.

¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
