Appeal by the plaintiff, Interstate Pulp & Paper Co., Inc., from an order of the Supreme Court, made at the New York Special Term and entered in the office of the clerk of the county of New York on the 20th day of November, 1922, denying its motion for judgment on the pleadings and for summary judgment.

Appeal by the plaintiff, Manursing Island Beach Corporation, from a judgment of the Supreme Court, entered in the office of the clerk of the county of Westchester on the 2d day of May, 1921, upon the decision of the court, rendered after a trial at the Westchester Special Term, fixing the boundary line between the property of the plaintiff and that of the defendants.

Appeal by Frank E. Mann, as tenement house commissioner, and another from a peremptory mandamus order of the Supreme Court, made at the Kings Special Term and entered in the office of the clerk of the county of Kings on the 4th day of September, 1923, directing said Frank E. Mann, as tenement house commissioner, to take the proper measures to prevent the erection of a tenement house for which he had approved plans.
