Singleton Packing Co. v. Williams

Supreme Court of Florida

Decided February 21, 1968

Supreme Court of Florida · decided 1968-02-21

Decided 1968-02-21

PER CURIAM.

¶1By petition for writ of certiorari we have for review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission hearing date October 24, 1967.

¶2We find that oral argument would serve no useful purpose and it is therefore dispensed with pursuant to Florida Appellate Rule 3.10, subd. e, 32 F.S.A.

¶3Our consideration of the petitions, record and briefs leads us to conclude that there has been no deviation from the essential requirements of law.

¶4The petition for certiorari and the cross-petition are therefore denied. The motion for respondents’ attorney’s fee is granted in the sum of $250.00.

¶5It is so ordered.
