¶1Order of the County Court of Kings county reversed upon the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. It is clear from the affidavits filed that the respondents were served with the summons and complaint. Kelly, P. J., Jaycox, Manning, Young and Kapper, JJ., concur.
